It is with great sadness that the Koocanusa Village Board of Directors announces the death of Board member Arthur Sombrowski to liver failure on April 4, 2023. He was a devoted family man, husband to Jocelyn and father to children Max, Eva, Nikolas and Olivia.
Arthur served the KV board with great commitment. He leaves a legacy of incredible business acumen, strategy, and passion for business excellence. Arthur was an excellent advisor who brought his deep knowledge of business and a creative approach to a variety of issues that have been critical to the transformation of Koocanusa Village. An organ was not offered to Arthur in time to save his life; however, typical of the man he was, he was able to donate to eight recipients in need.
